Bicycle mechanic rates

You can come to Bicycle Help for all types of bicycle repairs. We let you know in advance what the costs will be if you let Fietsenhulp repair your bike at your location. In addition to the above-mentioned call-out charge of only €6.50, you can find the rates of the bicycle repair shop here. On this page you will find the costs of various bicycle repairs, for example: the cost of replacing the rear tyre of your bicycle, the cost of replacing your bottom bracket or the cost of replacing your drum brake.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide warranty?

Yes, we provide a 2-month warranty on all parts, repairs and maintenance. Quality, long-lasting service is our priority.

An "ordinary" flat tire is not covered by warranty. Defects in a tire or its repair, of course, does fall a the warranty.

How soon can you come by?

It depends on your location, the repair/maintenance and schedule. We will, of course, help you as soon as possible. Assume within 1-3 days.

Please always indicate your requirements with your request so we can take them into account.

If you have an urgent request, even then we will try to help you the best we can.

Do you also repair electric bikes?

Sure. Electric bikes are as common these days as regular bikes.

So be sure to contact us for maintenance and/or repair of your electric bike.

What are your call-out charges?

Call-out charges are €6.50 regardless of the number of bicycles you offer for repair or maintenance.

What is the connection fee?

The minimum rate for which we drive is from € 14.95 excluding call-out charges. 

The starting fee does not apply on top of our standard repair rates and/or call-out charges. The starting fee is therefore only applied in exceptional situations.

What is your working area?

Our technicians come to you on site in the service area: Amsterdam and 40 km in the surrounding area.

We visit in Amsterdam, Almere, Bussum, Diemen, Abcoude, Badhoevendorp, Haarlem, Zaandam, Maarssen, Hoofddorp, Amstelveen and many more.
